8 January 2014

Cambac is a well-established and flourishing partnership delivering services to over 200 members in both the day-time and night-time economy in the city.

Adam Ratcliffe, CAMBAC business crime manager said, 'We are very excited to join the Association of Business Crime Partnerships and look forward to the benefits that this can bring in maintaining the high standards we work to, and also contributing to the organisation as a proactive business crime partnership. As a member, CAMBAC can benefit from the expertise of not only the association, but other business crime partnerships across the country, in working to a national model and ensuring that we evolve and stay ahead of the changing face of crime.'

Tony Harold, CAMBAC Chairman said, 'We are looking forward to the benefits that ABCP membership brings. As an active organisation operating throughout Cambridge, it is vital that we keep abreast of developing national trends in the crime reduction sector, along with contributing knowledge gained locally.'

Richard Barron, chief executive of ABCP said, 'We are delighted to welcome Cambac to ABCP. Our growing membership is a sign of the need for a national organisation to represent BCRPs, who are taking on an increasing amount of business crime management, as well as a range of other tasks relating to the management of town centre crime generally.'
