Service Level Agreement
|
As police resources come under increasing pressure, partnerships and their business members must work more closely together to improve partnership effectiveness. This involves a greater level of understanding of the roles of both play - they must both deliver a standard of involvement and service which will be beneficial to both parties.
Partnerships must deliver a level of service to members which enables them to demonstrate that involvement with a partnership demonstrates good value-for-money and continued membership.
Retailers must ensure that their level of engagement with partnerships is maintained at an effective level through national or regional loss prevention organisations and participation at local store level.
This will bring both parties into closer collaboration to achieve their joint objective - less crime, violence and anti-social behaviour.
Whilst the service level agreement is voluntary on the part of both parties, it will improve communication and effectiveness if it is adopted.
As an enhancement to this service, ABCP has agreed to facilitate the engagement of major retailers who are corporate supporters of ABCP, through direct access to partnerships to enable them to work together more effectively. For more information about this service, contact ABCP via the Contact Us page of the website.
