Bath & District Business Crime Reduction Partnership

At the presentation of The Safer Business Award certificate for Bath & District Business Crime Reduction Partnership, David Suszek from Action Against Business Crime commented that he had been particularly impressed with the enthusiasm of both the partners and members of the Bath scheme.

The certificate was presented to councillor Francine Haeberling as leader of the council. She commented: “Winning the Safer Business Award again for Bath city centre is a testament to the high quality management of the long established Bath & District Business Crime Reduction Partnership.

"With over 110 members who work daily in partnership with the council CCTV and Avon & Somerset Police, the business community contributes a great deal to the safety and wellbeing of the city. The services members receive are funded by their annual subscriptions and radio rental and the scheme’s independence is its strength. The representative from Action Against Business Crime was fulsome in his praise of the scheme and the council is very proud to receive the certificate for The Safer Business Award”.
